We are privileged that you would entrust us with your health care needs. The Foundation has a long tradition of service to our communities. We have grown since the six Santa Cruz physicians first established the Santa Cruz Medical Clinic in 1953; however, our commitment to providing patient-centered health care with excellence and compassion remains unchanged, except for the fact that we now number over 100 providers.
