Every year, we make resolutions to improve our lifestyle: eating, sleeping and exercise habits; relationships; and make more time for ourselves. This six-week series will help you create a step-by-step way to make choices for lasting changes in your life. This class will help you focus on yourself and your decisions so that you can do what you need to do for others and create a healthy lifestyle.

I will teach you fun, easy ways to make choices for everything in your life.
